Renovation of Manazuru・Marine Hotel

Sankyu Kensetsu Co., Ltd. undertook the renovation of the Manazuru Marine Hotel located in Kanagawa Prefecture.
This project focused on creating a design that fully embraces the hotel’s seaside location and enhances its ocean views.

The renovation included major areas such as guest rooms, the lobby, and the restaurant.
In particular, the layout and window sizes of all guest rooms were optimized to provide panoramic sea views, creating a bright and open atmosphere.
The interior features a calming palette of blue and white, harmonizing with the surrounding ocean and providing a serene and relaxing environment.

Through this renovation, Sankyu Kensetsu transformed the Marine Hotel into a modern and stylish resort destination, adding new appeal to the region’s tourism offerings.
