Open Positions
1. Construction Project Manager
Role:
Responsible for planning construction schedules, progress management, quality control, and safety management. You will be expected to improve on-site efficiency and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
Required Skills:
Experience in construction project management, leadership ability, strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
First-class or second-class construction management certification.
2. Hotel / Ryokan Operations Manager
Role:
Manage daily hotel or ryokan operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include facility management, staff training and guidance, and customer service.
Required Skills:
Experience in the hospitality industry, strong personnel management abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hotel management–related certifications.
