DAOYUAN ZHU is an architectural designer from Nanjing, China.
After graduating from the School of Architecture at Harbin Institute of Technology, he earned a master’s degree from Southeast University and later continued his studies in Europe.
At Politecnico di Milano in Italy, he specialized in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design, and also studied as an exchange student at the Royal Danish Academy (KADK) in Denmark and at the University of Tsukuba in Japan (Momoyo Kaijima Laboratory).

Before joining Sankyu Kensetsu, he gained extensive international experience through work at Klein Dytham Architecture and Shigeru Ban Architects in Tokyo, as well as architectural firms in Copenhagen and Paris.
His project experience spans museums and cultural facilities, resort hotels, corporate headquarters, and other architectural developments.
